Payment Options

Full Upfront Payment - You can check out with your credit card or PayPal, or submit the registration without payment completion and send an e-transfer to rootedinbetween@gmail.com / Password: emergence

Personalized Payment Plan With Non-Refundable Deposit - If a more personalized payment plan is required, we're open to working with you. Please submit your registration including the non refundable deposit payment of CAD $315 and then reach out through email to rootedinbetween@gmail.com with your suggested bi-weekly or monthly payment plan for the remaining CAD $1,155.00. The complete course payment of CAD $1,470.00 must be paid prior to the course end date. We accept credit card and e-transfer for any payments

A note for payment plans: If payments aren't received on time as personally agreed to in your individual plan, you will be dismissed from the program. Please honor your payments, respecting others that would have want to secure a spot in the course and so we can trust that we can continue this option in the future those those that need it.

All participation is optional. If you miss any of the live calls or in person meetings it is at your own discretion and no monies are refunded and it can not be exchanged into any other service or transferred to any future dates the course may be hosted.

Confidentiality Agreement

This is a group program. The participant is aware that live sessions, with exception of private sessions, will be recorded and at times may contain sensitive personal content being shared amongst the group which will also be uploaded to the group course portal. As a participant you agree to keep everything that is shared in the group private and will not share or discuss any personal details such as names, specific details etc. of other participants with anybody else outside of the program.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access applies to the lifetime of the product/service offer.

Intellectual Property

As part of the program the client will have access to videos, documents, instructions and other forms of intellectual property (the “Intellectual Property”) of Rooted In Between. The client will not directly or indirectly disclose any of the Intellectual Property to any person or use the Intellectual Property in anyway except for the purposes of participating in the program. Including but in no way limiting the foregoing, the client will not share his or her password to the online portal with any person.

Disclaimer & Assumption Of Participant Personal Responsibility

Rooted In Between and its members and affiliates are not certified mental health professionals. The services provided by Rooted In Between and its associates are not a replacement for medical advice by a professional or mental health treatment by a licensed professional.

Forms of self reflection, life coaching, or coaching such as but not limited to as the coaching from the Internal Family Systems modality may trigger the nervous system and/or may bring suppressed emotions to the surface and may temporarily cause, increase or worsen symptoms of already existing mental health conditions.

For their own benefit a participant may consult with a licensed mental health professional to determine the suitability of the program if the participant is currently working with a licensed mental health professional due to any specific mental health conditions, or is currently or has been in the past diagnosed with any mental health condition.

At any time an individual in the program experiences disruptions affecting their day to day life in conjunction or as a result of the work of the program, it is their responsibility to discontinue the practices of the program and if they deem necessary contact a licensed mental health professional for support. In an emergency if the individual may feel they are a danger to themselves or others, they shall call their local emergency hotline for immediate support.

Liability Waiver

Rooted In Between and its members and affiliates, assume no liability for any damage, health or behavior related consequences to any person, living being or property including but not limited to injury, sickness, accident, death or damage of any kind caused from the participation in or any direct relation of applying the skills learned in the program.
