An in person heart to heart meeting travelling to the depths of your soul. You bring yourself and I'll open my Shadow Work tool box and we'll let your soul take the lead. In sacred space, leaving liminal time, and various modalities such as Journeying, Parts Work, Spiritual Practices, Energy Readings/Healings, Intuitive Coaching & more, we'll journey to explore what needs attention. These sessions are highly individual and are intended to be inspiring as well as healing to help you move forward in your own journey.​​​​

In these 75min virtual personally tailored sessions you have the option to receive "traditional" IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy to dive into deeper levels and move towards healing with your Parts that may not be possible to be achieved through self inquiry alone and/or receive general parts work coaching and/or intuitive and spiritual coaching. ​​​​
