Here we let your Soul take the lead to what's present and journey into its depth through various Shadow Work Practices.

The intention is to journey into your soul, your internal world, without any set agenda and find what wants to be seen, healed or just acknowledged. These sessions are deeply healing and revealing as you'll be guided into your internal world to untangle and unravel what's blocking you from moving forward in your life.​​

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will bring yourself to be welcomed into my private location in Kelowna (location provided upon booking) , and I will bring my Shadow Work abilities.
​
We'll open sacred space, ground and get out of the way and let spirit guide the next 2 hours unfold. With a cup of ceremonial Cacao (or tea if you prefer), we'll let your heart open and speak to what needs to be brought forth that day and from there we'll move into the best option. ​
Some sessions may feel like enlightening conversations or empowering revelations, others may feel like you just dove into a world unbeknownst to you and give you a whole new way of relating to yourself and the world around you giving you clarity and actionable steps.
Walk away more grounded, and with insights or experiences that are deeply healing, empowering and creating lightness in your system giving your new perspectives.​​​

We may explore several or just one of service modalities listed above and there's no set agenda to this.​ It's best to come with no set expectations but with an open mind to allow for fluidity of the process. However, if you want to receive a specific service such as IFS or Energy Reading, you're welcome to voice such request.​​
