This is a 2-hour sacred experience created by Karlee Rose & Simone K, weaving together IFS Parts Work & ceremonial sound to create the conditions for what has been held internally to finally be witnessed, softened & released.

Ceremonial Opening Circle
A grounding arrival into sacred space. Welcoming exactly where you are.
Heart Opening Guided Drum Meditation
A gentle guided meditation through the grounding pulse of the drum, opening you to what is ready to be revealed & shifted.
IFS Parts Work Practices with Simone
Through IFS (Internal Family Systems)-inspired inquiry, you'll gently explore the parts of you holding stress, overwhelm, exhaustion or a longing for something different. Rather than pushing past what you're feeling, you'll be guided to slow down, listen inward & meet these parts with curiosity & compassion.
Ceremonial Sound Journey
After bringing what is ready to shift into awareness, sound moves through to release what remains. Crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes, drum, vocal transmission create a field for the nervous system to deeply restore, density to release & more space to open within.
Integration & Closing Circle
Space to land, integrate & receive what moved through you.

IFS Parts Work Practices with Simone
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a therapeutic parts-work model that bridges psychology & spirituality.
Most of us have parts, the part that overthinks, the part that shuts down, the part that's exhausted from holding everything together. IFS helps you bring compassionate awareness to those parts rather than pushing past them or trying to fix them.
Through guided inquiry & somatic awareness, you'll be invited to slow down, listen inward & meet what has been operating beneath the surface with curiosity & care.
This creates space for what has been held internally to be acknowledged, processed & released.
ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
SIMONE K - ROOTED IN BETWEEN
Psycho-Spiritual Guide, Therapeutic Coach
With over a decade of coaching experience, Simone is an IFS Institute–trained Internal Family Systems Practitioner, Full Mesa Carrier, and intuitive guide.
Her work sits at the intersection of psychological integration and grounded spirituality, supporting individuals in navigating their emotional world with both depth and stability and bringing unconscious patterns into conscious understanding so meaningful, embodied change can occur.
Her work is rooted in both lived experience and professional education, allowing her to guide others through processes that support emotional integration, self-awareness, and inner stability.
Through a grounded and integrative approach, Simone weaves therapeutic modalities, intuitive insight, and spiritual practices through a psycho-spiritual and psycho-shamanic lens.
At the heart of her work is a devotion to helping individuals become rooted in between—honoring both the human and spiritual dimensions of their experience while reconnecting to their own inner truth and authority.

With over a decade of experience in the holistic wellness space, including somatic practice, nervous system rewiring, feminine embodiment & sound, sits underneath everything she creates.
She brings an initiatory dimension to the spaces she holds weaving shamanism, consciousness & ceremony as living, ongoing studies.
