WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

The Workshop

CACAO GATHERING - Gathering in a small group, in a luscious private outdoor location in West Kelowna in a safe and supportive environment, you’ll be enjoying the natural benefits of a Ceremonial Cacao together with a heart opening meditation to prepare for the upcoming Shadow Work process of the workshop. Cacao is not only a heart opener but amongst many other benefits also soothes the nervous system allowing you to drop into the space for the most transformative experience.

IFS & SHADOW WORK - You'll l be introduced to the basic principles of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) and how it relates to Shadow Work and Self Realization. IFS is a therapeutic approach bridging spirituality with psychotherapy working with our subconscious & conscious mind, energetic body as well as our physical body ensuring a mind body soul and spirit connection. With an evidence based and trauma informed approach of deep self inquiry it can lead to healing of trauma and patterns that are keeping you stuck in life. IFS focusses cultivating self compassion, connection to self and safety from within so you can start living from your authentic self.

Through gentle guidance and prompts you’ll be guided into a deeply transformative space where you connect with your heart space and from there explore a specific part/pattern in your life (either specific situations or emotions like anxiety, frustration etc) where you’ll gain new insights, learn to related to yourself and life around you in a new way, let go of limiting beliefs and move towards healing these patterns.

QUANTUM HEALING -From there you'll experience a quantum group energy healing session with the intention to deepen the release and healing of any of the energies that may have surface throughout the healing inquiry process.

SOUND JOURNEY - To create a rounded experience, help restore the functions of the nervous system and helping you deeply relax mind and body while releasing any left over density and allow room for more light and new higher vibrations to enter your space, we end our session with a relaxing sound journey.

There will be time for optional group sharing and/or journaling.

Shadow Alchemy Guide, Therapeutic & Intuitive Coach

With over a decade of coaching experience, Simone is an IFS Institute–trained Internal Family Systems Practitioner, Full Mesa Carrier, and intuitive guide.

Her work sits at the intersection of psychological integration and grounded spirituality, supporting individuals in navigating their emotional world with both depth and stability and bringing unconscious patterns into conscious understanding so meaningful, embodied change can occur.

Her work draws from professional training in Internal Family Systems, years of coaching practice, and ongoing study within psycho-spiritual and shamanic traditions.

Following a deeply disruptive awakening in her own life, Simone embarked on a profound healing journey that led her into the practices she now shares with others. Her work is rooted in both lived experience and professional education, allowing her to guide others through processes that support emotional integration, self-awareness, and inner stability.

Through a grounded and integrative approach, Simone weaves therapeutic modalities, intuitive insight, and spiritual practices through a psycho-spiritual and psycho-shamanic lens.

At the heart of her work is a devotion to helping individuals become rooted in between—honoring both the human and spiritual dimensions of their experience while reconnecting to their own inner truth and authority.
