Bridging psychotherapy with spirituality and emphasizing a heart centered somatic, energetic and psychological self inquiry process (mind, body, soul) IFS cultivates a basis for continuous gentle self healing promoting the releasing of old patterns & wounds, assisting in navigating new challenges and freeing up energetic space within to live life fully from an authentic space.
