These gatherings are for the purpose of connecting with others and explore contemplative processes through reflective conversation and to foster transformation from the inside out. Helping you connect more to your internal world, contemplate areas where you may be holding yourself back from your internal truth to live life from a place that creates true empowerment.

They are casual, low pressure for everybody involved. Come as you are.

Each gathering will be unique. Some may be focussed more on connecting, most will have a topic for each session that will randomly be picked, others may be inspired by or include processes such as meditation, shamanic journeying, sharings on shadow work etc.
