The Workshop
Gathering in a small group you’ll be introduced to the basic principles of the Internal Family Systems and how it relates to Shadow Work and Self Realization. IFS is a therapeutic approach bridging spirituality with psychotherapy working with our energetic body as well as our physical body and our mind ensuring a mind body soul and spirit connection.
